I excel at translating complex business needs into detailed technical requirements, and vice-versa. Industrial Organizational Psychology

I build software that your employees will actually want to use. My background in I/O Psychology taught me that the most significant barrier to organizational efficiency is often tools that are difficult or stressful to use. When developing the Aspen App, I applied principles of human cognition and employee motivation to design an interface that is intuitive and easy to learn, directly reducing the cognitive workload on its users. The result is a more satisfied and engaged team.

Applied Behavioral Analysis

Working in Applied Behavior Analysis has shaped me as a developer in two profound ways. First, building the Aspen App required a deep understanding of HIPAA compliance, instilling in me the highest standards of data security—a skill I bring to every project to give my clients peace of mind. Second, the patience and persistence required to help a challenging child make progress is the same tenacity I apply to solving complex technical problems. I am uniquely driven to see a project through to a successful outcome.
